Cineby does not require users to create an account or provide any personal information. The My List feature uses your browser's local storage to save your watchlist locally on your own device. This data does not exist on Cineby's servers and cannot be recovered if your browser data is cleared.

Cineby uses the TMDB API to display movie and TV show metadata, images, and ratings. Movie information, descriptions, and poster images are sourced from TMDB and are subject to their own terms of use.

Video content is served by third-party streaming servers that are independent of Cineby. We do not control the availability, quality, or content of videos served by these third parties.
